21+ OnlyUnder PAGCOR regulations, oh365 is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. Providing false age information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual may hold only one active oh365 account. Duplicate accounts are a violation of these Terms. oh365 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and retain any balances pending investigation.
oh365 services are offered to residents of the Philippines only. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted. Players are responsible for compliance with their local laws.
All deposits to oh365 must be made from payment accounts owned by the account holder. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Funds deposited are for entertainment purposes — never gamble with money you cannot afford to lose.
Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use prohibited betting strategies, employ bots or automated tools, or collude with other players constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and void of winnings.
oh365 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We will notify registered players of material changes via email.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
The oh365 platform is exclusively available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration. This requirement is imposed in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. oh365 strictly enforces age verification during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time to confirm eligibility.
Important: Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account permanently closed. All funds deposited by underage players will be forfeited and returned to the originating payment method where technically possible, minus any amounts wagered.
oh365 Services are intended solely for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not permitted to use the platform. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their use of oh365 complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in their place of residence.
The following individuals are not eligible to register or use oh365 Services regardless of location: (a) employees of oh365 or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers; (b) immediate family members of such employees; (c) individuals who have previously been permanently excluded from oh365; (d) individuals who have requested self-exclusion and whose exclusion period remains active.
To access the Services, Players must register a personal Account. During registration, Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information including their full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, and a valid email address. oh365 relies on the accuracy of this information for regulatory compliance and account security.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on oh365. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is a material breach of these Terms. oh365 employs technical and manual detection measures to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts may be closed and balances withheld pending investigation.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. oh365 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. You must notify oh365 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. oh365 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login information.
oh365 is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. Verification requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (such as PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Passport) and may include proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and funds being held pending compliance.
oh365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). oh365 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for account closure. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. oh365 does not charge fees on deposits, though Players should note that their payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, the Player's Account must have completed KYC verification. oh365 targets processing of withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours on business days; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. oh365 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal.
oh365 operates in full compliance with applicable Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements. Players must not use oh365 Services for any money laundering or other illicit financial activity. oh365 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and to freeze associated accounts pending investigation.
From time to time, oh365 may offer bonuses, free bets, or other promotions to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion. oh365 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or void any bonus or promotional offer at its sole discretion, including in cases where abuse or misuse is suspected.
All games available on oh365 are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing bets. oh365 shall not be liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to understand applicable game rules.
oh365 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a technical malfunction, or where the outcome was determined by factors outside the normal game parameters. All bets are final once confirmed. Winnings are credited to the Player's Balance automatically upon confirmation of a winning outcome.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on oh365 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
oh365 reserves the right to close accounts, void winnings, and retain balances where any prohibited conduct is identified, and to report such conduct to the relevant regulatory authorities.
All content on the oh365 platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, audio, and interface design — is the proprietary intellectual property of oh365 or its licensed game and content providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of oh365 content without prior written consent is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oh365 shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform; (b) losses resulting from network outages, server failures, or other technical disruptions beyond oh365's reasonable control; (c) the accuracy or completeness of game outcome information where a technical fault has occurred; (d) actions taken by third-party payment providers in processing deposits or withdrawals.
oh365's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms limits oh365's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
oh365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, and to withhold or void associated balances, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period; (c) reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; (d) Player-requested self-exclusion; (e) receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player; (f) regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent authority.
Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting support. On voluntary closure, any remaining verified Balance will be returned to the Player's primary payment method following completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to the oh365 Customer Support team for attempted resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process as applicable.
By registering on oh365, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts in respect of any dispute that cannot be resolved by the above process.
